As my 6 month check up approaches, a few questions race through my head. Will my ARVC be present-will Henry have ARVC-can I start working out enough to sweat?

On June 18th I went back to Mayo for my 6 month check up, and on June 19th I was told that both forms of cardiomyopathy were present on my cardiac MRI...and that I also have Bradycardia. Good news=Henry doesn't hav eeither mutated forms of my shitty heart genes.
My blood pressure of 73/52 is low-too low. My heart function is 33%-too low. My attitude is awesome though-not letting that get low.
With both diseases present, I need a defibrillator and pacemaker put in my chest, to ensure I would be okay if my body went into cardiac arrest; as my heart is encountering way to many extra and irregular beats that could be fatal (called PVC and ventricular arrhythmias).
